The Energy
from the Earth
The Earth has a huge amount of energy that comes from the Sun and from the rain, and that energy can be stored through and outdoor system (vertical, horizontal or groundwater table). With a heat dissipation system indoors (radiant floor, radiators our fan coils), connected to a heat pump with an inverted cooling circuit, we can use the energy from Earth through a geothermal system.
Vertical uptake
It consists of one or more vertical perforations with a depth from 70 to 150 meters, where probes are inserted.
It requires minimum surface available but very expensive due to the perforation.

Horizontal uptake
This horizontal system can have 1 to 2 meters deep and it is more common and easy to install, however it requires a much bigger surface than the vertical system.
